The Palm Royal boasts an exceptional location right on Kokusai, making access to shops and restaurants easy. However, the ongoing renovations made navigating the entrance a bit challenging. The room exceeded expectations, featuring a coffee machine and roomy layout. Art installations throughout the hotel create a lovely atmosphere.

The location is spot on for easy access to Kokusai Street, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel features a compact public bath that provides a unique relaxation option, which is pretty refreshing after a day of exploring.

There are those disruptive individual AC units that blow air right onto the bed, contributing to a less-than-comfortable sleep. The breakfast buffet tends to fall short in quality and variety compared to other places. Plus, the pool blares loud music in the evenings, disrupting the tranquility many guests seek while unwinding.

the cigarette smell in the non-smoking room was, absolutely, intolerable, making my stay miserable. And let’s not forget, I got sick from the dreadful AC units blasting directly at me. I certainly woudl ve been pleased with an upgraded room for my troubles, but I guess that's too much to expect here.

I stayed 5 nights in a Double Room with Small Double Bed, Non-Smoking. The hotel offers a fabulous pool and hot baths which made my stay even more relaxing. The staff's attentiveness, along with the fun vibe during happy hour, truly captured the spirit of vacation. I loved that they provided lovely amenities like complimentary toiletries and a fancy coffee machine in the room for a cozy start to the day. Plus, the location is just a stroll away from Kokusai Street, where you can dive into local eateries and shops!

stayed at palm royal naha kokusai street for 2 nights, and it was fantastic! the location is perfect, right on the busiest street with tons of food options and shops. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety that changed daily. really enjoyed the indoor public bath for a relaxing experience too!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay genuinely enjoyable. The happy hour specials at the bar offered great drinks and a fantastic atmosphere. The city view from my room was absolutely spectacular, creating a lovely backdrop throughout my stay.
